Cancelled Orders

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your TCG Stands or Product, you have 14 days from receiving the product to return it to us. Returned goods must be in a fully re-saleable condition.

 

Damaged Product

If damage to a product was caused during initial delivery then please reach out to support@gemmintuk.com if you can provide photographic evidence of the parcel and its contents both before and after opening it will allow us to process the return much faster.
